Gohuckyourself/GHY Bikes is a real, brick and mortar local bike shop located in Renton Washington since 2005. We always honor MSRP/MAP pricing guidelines for all our brands, but we also strive to meet or beat competitor's prices whenever possible.
Shop with confidence
GHY Bikes stands behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Easy to understand shipping
For all orders that do not contain a bike please select "Parts Ground"
If buying a bicycle and having it shipped please select "Bicycle Ground"

Bicycle Shipping Rates:
Shipping for bikes is $150.00
Shipping for framesets is $75.00
Shipping for Wheels is $50.00
Please Note: Orders Can take 1-5 business days to ship after being placed.
In addition some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
PICK UP AT GHY RENTON
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional fulfillment time to arrive from suppliers(In warehouse- Ships Fast). Some items may require some processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away it is a good idea to call us so we can verify that the product is available before heading over to the shop!
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be (gasp!) "backordered". Should this circumstance happen, we will refund the portion of the order that is unavailable. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
RETURNS POLICY
Customers can return most new, unused items within 30 days from the time of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price. Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. No returns on parts that have been installed.

Please email ghybicycles@gmail.com to start the return process. Returns must be received within 14 days of issuing return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
