I love the urban cyclist and all that goes with them. Fixed or freewheel it does not matter. I think that it brings them back to riding a BMX…a simple useful bike. Plus I love white guys rapping.
AMF did everything from bowling balls to Harleys. What happened to those guys. Dont know and dont care…But Evel Knievel will always have a place with Go Huck Yourself!
Vital MTB has a contest for the best bar dragging video. Well Lars (Transition) and Duncan (Norco) pulled it off. Those are both awesome brands that we carry in the store. Check it out and if you think you can do better film something.

Funny thing is I love Mongoose. The old school stuff mostly. I had one when I was growing up. I am going to put together that bike with ebay parts and old school finds very soon. One day last year “the son” that they talked about in this piece…that inspired Mongoose came into the shop and checked out the frame I had lying here. He knew where it was made and which welder layed the beads. Cant beat that kind of insidere info!
Anthony Leonarduzzi is on our team for this year riding a Transition TR450. Walter Yi put this edit together and both rider and editor are looking better and better. Washington is one of the best places to ride and here is a little sample.

I want to be able to do this somewhere. It looks like so much fun. By the way a street night session is way over due. I always had fun in Tacoma. Hit us up with a comment if you want to go! Wait for it..starts slow.

Ever built a dirt jump? Strength in numbers. Ever fought a war? Strength in numbers. Ever protested? Strength in numbers. Ever had a kick ass party? Well there is Strength in numbers.
But damn this looks fun! I love drifting fast on anything. I cant wait for some full on DH runs soon. New bikes are showing up. Stop by GHY Bikes for all of your bike needs. We have a ton of bikes in stock right now.
I think this kid has got a future. His skills on and off the bike are pretty impressive. Check out the new NEXT MTB bikes in Renton when you get a chance.
